I know what it feels like to care so deeply about your work that it begins to consume everything around you.
Before starting this business, I spent years in business and retail management, leading successful teams for Australian and international multimillion-dollar companies. I loved the responsibility, the people and seeing a business succeed, but I continued carrying more until my health forced me to stop.
Experiencing burnout changed the way I looked at success
It taught me that a successful business should not require one person to sacrifice their health, family or identity to keep it moving. It also taught me that asking for support is not a sign that you cannot manage your business. It is part of becoming the leader your business needs as it grows.
Today, my mission is to help Founders and CEOs create the strategy, structure, support and breathing room they need to continue building something meaningful without carrying every part of it alone.
Creating space to breathe does not mean becoming less ambitious. It means building a business that supports the life you want to live alongside it.
