Business strategist, experienced leader and the person behind the mission to help Founders and CEOs create genuine space to breathe.
I have worked across business management and leadership for 20 years and hold formal qualifications in retail management, with extensive experience in sales, operations, people, performance and building successful teams.

Throughout my career, I have been able to step into a business, understand what is happening beneath the surface and identify gaps that may not be immediately visible.
I look at how the strategy, people, systems, client journey and everyday delivery connect. From there, I help determine what needs attention now and what needs to be strengthened for where the business is going next.

Before starting Jessica Conner Consulting, I spent years in business and retail management, leading successful teams for Australian and international multimillion-dollar companies. I loved the responsibility, the people and seeing a business succeed. Over time, I continued carrying more until my health forced me to stop.
Experiencing burnout changed the way I looked at success. It taught me that a successful business should not require one person to sacrifice their health, family or identity to keep it moving..
Today, my mission is to help Founders and CEOs create the strategy, structure, support and breathing room they need to continue building something meaningful without carrying every part of it alone.

I remain connected to the wider business picture. I stay close to our clients, the direction of their businesses and the strategy behind our work. I help identify priorities, recognise wider gaps and guide our team so the delivery remains aligned with where the business is going.

Daryl has been part of Jessica Conner Consulting for close to four years and is central to the way our team and client delivery operate. He manages day-to-day operations, oversees team workflows and helps maintain the systems, processes and delivery standards behind our work.
He also supports clients across Ivorey and GoHighLevel builds, workflows, automations, onboarding, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements. His branding background helps ensure the way something functions and the way it represents the brand remain connected.

Denise supports the creative side of our client work, bringing brands to life across websites, funnels and digital assets.
She works across website and landing-page design, email design, marketing collateral and branded client resources. Denise also provides branding support where needed, helping each touchpoint feel visually consistent and aligned with the wider brand.
