MEET JESSICA

HI, I’M JESSICA

I have worked within business management for 20 years and hold retail qualifications, with extensive experience across retail sales management, operations, leadership, people and performance.

Before starting my own business four years ago, I led successful teams for Australian and international multimillion-dollar companies.

I have always had a natural ability to step into a business, see what is happening beneath the surface and identify the gaps other people may not immediately notice.

I look at how the strategy, people, systems, client journey and everyday delivery connect. From there, I help determine what needs attention now and what needs to be strengthened for where the business is going next.

That experience changed my understanding of leadership and success.

WHY SPACE TO BREATHE MATTERS

For a long time, work became a large part of my identity. I cared deeply about the businesses, results and people around me, but I continued taking on more until I reached burnout.

It showed me that carrying everything is not the only way to care deeply about a business. Building the right structure, developing a capable team and allowing trusted people to take ownership are also ways of protecting what you have built.

Today, as a Founder and mum of two boys, this mission means more to me than ever.

A connected team should create less for you to manage

Growing businesses often need support across several areas at once, but managing multiple disconnected providers does not always create more space.

A founder may bring in a Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day work, then need an Online Business Manager to oversee operations. They may also need social media and branding support, an automation specialist, a funnel builder and someone who understands their CRM or course platform.

I’m also a mum to two beautiful boys, so I understand what it looks like to build and lead a business alongside family and everything else life can bring.

Daryl has been part of the business for close to four years and is central to the way our team and client delivery operate.
He manages day-to-day operations, oversees team workflows and helps maintain the systems, processes and delivery standards behind our work. He also supports clients across Ivorey and GoHighLevel builds, workflows, automations, onboarding, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
Alongside his operational and technical expertise, Daryl has a strong branding background. He understands both how something needs to function behind the scenes and how the brand should carry consistently across websites, landing pages, social media and client resources.
Key strengths: Operations, team delivery, GHL, Ivorey, automation, workflows, branding, client onboarding and quality assurance.
MIRA

ONLINE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Mira supports clients across both OBM and VA services, giving her the ability to understand wider priorities while managing the important details behind them.
She works across backend operations, task coordination, client communication, calendars, administration, social media and project support. Mira is organised, adaptable and dependable, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
Key strengths: OBM, administration, project coordination, client communication, calendars, social media and ongoing implementation.
VLAD

GOHIGHLEVEL SPECIALIST

Vlad supports the technical builds and workflows behind our clients’ businesses.
His work includes workflows, automations, websites, landing pages, forms, integrations, courses, memberships and communities. He helps take the agreed strategy and client journey and build it properly within Ivorey or GoHighLevel.
Key strengths: GHL, Ivorey, workflows, websites, landing pages, integrations, courses, communities, testing and implementation.
RACHELL

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Rachell provides reliable support across administration, organisation and ongoing coordination.
She works across client and team ClickUp spaces, task management, time tracking, handover checks, access management, administration and social media support. Her follow-through helps keep the regular work visible, organised and moving.
Key strengths: Administration, ClickUp, task coordination, time tracking, handovers, social media and business organisation.
JOHN

GOHIGHLEVEL, AUTOMATION & TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

John supports clients across GoHighLevel, automation, technology platforms and AI.
He works with a wide range of digital tools and helps connect technology across the business. His work includes automations, workflows, onboarding systems, websites, communities and practical AI applications that reduce manual work and improve everyday processes.

DENISE

WEB & CREATIVE DESIGNER
Denise supports the creative side of our client work, bringing brands to life across websites, funnels and digital assets.
She works across website and landing page design, email design, marketing collateral and other branded client resources. Denise also provides branding support where needed, helping ensure each touchpoint feels visually consistent, considered and aligned with the wider brand.
