1. Hire Me into Your Business

When you face last-minute challenges like sick leave, no-shows, unexpected stock drops, or overwhelming sales, I'll be your reliable extra pair of hands. 

You can truly switch off and enjoy a well-deserved holiday, knowing that I'll check in with your team, follow up on sales, manage stores, and provide support to keep your business running smoothly.

  • The package includes a pre-session questionnaire, agenda, Google Meet call or in-person meeting, full-day in-store induction, and direct contact for ongoing support.

  • The cost for induction and readiness is $615, and going forward, the pricing is based on pre-booked or short notice hours.

    Pre-Booked: Mon-Sat $40 p/h, Sunday and public holidays $50 p/h

    24hrs or less notice: Mon-Sat $40 p/h, Sunday and public holidays $70 p/h, with additional expenses for car parking or locations outside the CBD.

2. A Day in Your Business

Benefit from my intuition and expertise as I conduct a comprehensive walk-through of your business, identifying gaps and areas for improvement to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

  • The package includes a pre-session questionnaire, agenda, Google Meet call, call recording, full day in your business, custom detailed action plan, follow-up Google Meet call, 6-week check on your business, updated action plan, SOP template, and tool suggestions.

  • The price for this transformative experience is $3000.
